This is an online course to show how to perform effective walkthroughs and reviews of project deliverables. You will learn the terminology, the unique issues, and the process for performing deliverable reviews from the individual, peer and team perspectives. As a result of completing this online course, you should have a good working knowledge of what it takes to perform reviews of project deliverables.

Walkthroughs and reviews are powerful techniques that allow people to find defects early in a project before the defects become more difficult and expensive to fix later in the project.

This course follows the main process of planning a review, performing a review and reporting the results of the review. The process is reinforced with a case study which starts with an individual review of a sample project deliverable, followed by a peer review involving two people, and finally performed in a team review context of 5 - 6 people.

This course will help you become more comfortable and confident in performing reviews. You will emerge from this course knowing how to plan and conduct a walkthrough or review. This online course takes about 4 hours to complete, including exercises.
